		<description><![CDATA[About the name. My mom calls it &#8220;Pulmon de Gelatina&#8221; and she tells me its also called &#8220;Espuma de Gelatina&#8221; and &#8220;Gelatina Batida.&#8221; These mean Jello Lung, Jello Foam, and Whipped Jello respectively.
